Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day returns period on all standard products.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, with original packaging, and any tags or accessories included.

A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Warranty
All products are supplied with a 2-year Return-to-Base (RTB) repair or refund warranty.
If your product develops a fault within 2 years, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return:

Hazardous materials (e.g. batteries shipped separately, flammable liquids, gases)

Exchanges
For the fastest turnaround, return your unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
