Issue: Double output pulse on dial-ins On  23/10/20 Hutchinson Telecom appear to have changed the way they reject calls to our portal. Instead of denying access to the number (which subsequently played a message stating you not able to place the call) they now perform a hard reject. With some incoming networks this would cause the network to instantly redial our number. Consequently this would cause our gate openers to perform a second output pulse operation stopping a gate from opening fully.
